We’re a young and rapidly growing communications, PR and marketing agency. We’re based in Temple Studios – a thriving creative hub in the heart of Bristol. Since our launch three  years ago, we’ve grown to become a retained agency for an award winning Fintech business, Western Europe’s largest sneaker site and a leading VFX production studio amongst many others.

We aren’t a traditional agency – we offer our clients a combination of high level strategic consultancy coupled with on-the-ground agency delivery. We also provide a unique blend of marketing, communications, commercial and digital understanding. Our clients choose to work with us because of our expertise and experience, and stay with us because we work as an extension to their internal team and focus on deliverables that make a difference.

What we’re looking for

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a superstar PR publicist to join our wonderful team. We work with some brilliant clients on some very cool projects and we need another force of nature to help get the word out about what they’re doing and, ultimately, get each client’s name in lights both online, in print and across broadcast media. You’ll have:

  • A magic ability to land coverage – perhaps you have a fantastic ‘little black book’ or perhaps you just have the knack of getting things to land 
  • Solid experience in PR – having worked on dozens of campaigns / sell ins, and led dozens more
  • A proven track record of driving coverage for clients 
  • Exceptional client service skills – able to quickly understand new accounts and become the  trusted contact for troubleshooting 
  • Agency experience at mid or senior level 
  • A love for events – having put on launches, media briefings, opening nights, PR stunts and more
  • Ideas for days – we love a brainstorm, so we’re looking for someone who can throw ideas into the ring with the best of them!
  • A nose for what works and what doesn’t – based on experience, you’ll know what is going to work and be great at taking clients on that journey with you
  •  A willingness to get your hands dirty – we all muck in and work together to get things done;  a real team player is essential
  • A demonstrated ability to push back and challenge – one of the reasons our clients love us is our consultative approach. It’s important you’re someone who can can add value, and have confidence to challenge CMOs / CEOs to get to the best outcome
  • A desire to commit to being part of a growing agency – working either part time or full time 

What you’ll be doing

We have a brilliant team skilled across a range of disciplines, with a number of PR stars already in the fold. You’ll be working with them, and taking the lead across PR on key clients. Typical tasks include:

  • Project managing campaigns from idea through to delivery
  • News jacking – identifying opportunities and drafting comments
  • Writing releases and working with the agency and client teams to put together media packs
  • Planning and delivering media launches and securing coverage through follow up
  • Working with the wider team to deliver integrated activations 
  • Reporting on success and ensuring KPIs are achieved 
  • Being a key contact point for clients – on weekly calls and during campaign sell ins
  • Being the ‘go to’ trusted pair of hands for some of our biggest clients
  • Producing materials for senior client stakeholders – whether that be thought leadership collateral, input to marketing strategies or board reports
  • Supporting in the creative process of client planning
  • Researching and keeping abreast of the news agenda and industry specific
  • Representing the business at events in Bristol and London
