Senior Account Manager

What we’re looking for

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a driven Senior Account Manager who can grow and develop with us. Your role would be to deliver campaigns that span multiple disciplines, working with a wider team of communications and digital marketing experts. In this role, you’ll be working with clients, responsible for key project deliverables and becoming a central part of our agency team. We’re looking for someone that has sound experience across a broad mix of marketing disciplines, but we understand some areas may be more within your comfort zone than others and we’ll provide training and support where needed. All we ask of you is that you’re hungry to learn.

This role is particularly exciting in that you’ll be working with a great range of interesting businesses and great clients – from businesses that are on a mission to make the world greener, to companies giving young people a voice, to some of the most exciting lifestyle brands in Europe and beyond.

You’ll have:

  • Bags of experience working within a marketing agency, or a varied busy in-house marketing role dealing with internal and external stakeholders – we’re talking a proven track record of spinning multiple plates, hitting deadlines and delivering results
  • A real comfort working with both consumer and B2B clients and you’ll love getting stuck into highly technical content just as much as a wider news angle
  • A demonstrable grasp of marketing strategy – you’ll know the right questions to ask and be able to pull together a strategic recommendation for a client on the back of a brief
  • Marketing qualification, or strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to apply it to meet client commercial objectives 
  • Deep subject matter knowledge across one or more of the following disciplines: content marketing, PR, social, influencer activity and paid 
  • Great copy writing across a range of mediums, including online content and social
  • Knowledge of key social media platforms, in particular LinkedIn, with experience in running pages for businesses and/or senior business leaders 
  • Proven ability to manage upward and outwards – doing what’s needed to be done to make sure all of your client deliverables are met
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A real willingness to learn new skills and a passion for all things marketing
  • A drive to be a prolific organiser – we are a busy agency, so the ability to juggle and prioritise is a must
  • Experience in growing client relationships, strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple accounts day-to-day
  • Commercial understanding and ability to manage budgets 
  • An honest, straight-talking personality – we make mistakes, celebrate the wins together and acknowledge when things don’t quite go to plan
