Revitalising ecsec: A Digital Rebranding Partnership

THE BRIEF

ecsec are interior fit out specialists with decades of experience in equipping some of the UK’s biggest restaurant names and retail spaces, including Jeru in Mayfair and Mallow in Borough Market. Recently, the business decided its brand and site weren’t doing its work justice and set out to commission a relaunched web presence. A key part of this was updating messaging to reflect how the brand had evolved and to strengthen the proposition for potential new clients.

Recently, the business decided its brand and site weren’t doing its work justice and set out to commission a relaunched web presence. A key part of this was updating messaging to reflect how the brand had evolved and to strengthen the proposition for potential new clients.

WHAT WE DID

The project kicked off with a messaging and content planning session run by  Yours Sincerely and senior stakeholders at ecsec. During this session, Yours Sincerely became fully immersed in the company’s history, experience and approach, developing a refreshed business messaging hierarchy and creating a full content plan for the new website.

As a busy team, it was important to ecsec that their agencies were able to work together without the need for constant input. In response, Yours Sincerely and Steadfast Collective came together to create a bespoke process for content production. We co-developed a plan which saw us develop 20+ pages of new site content with carefully crafted copy to better showcase the business and some of the amazing fit out projects they had produced.

The output – a brand new website and an entirely refreshed brand, delivered on budget and on time. All of which linked to ecsec’s refreshed brand proposition, alongside a whole suite of new content, from case studies to product pages and more.

To support the site launch and increase traffic to the new site, we also developed an organic and paid LinkedIn campaign to entice social users to check out the site. This campaign included organic posts,  promoted case studies and articles, as well as a paid brand awareness campaign, each of which we developed beautiful visual assets for using ecsec’s updated branding.  These were effective in increasing impressions and raising the profile of the ecsec brand amongst new audiences.
