Children’s Air Ambulance: growing brand sentiment in the South West

Children’s Air Ambulance is a national charity transporting sick children to specialist hubs across the country. They approached YOURS SINCERELY to grow both their brand presence and brand sentiment in the South West ahead of a major fundraising push.


To achieve this, activity kicked off with a combined messaging and scenario planning workshop from which a robust comms response plan was put together, integrating the various stakeholders and setting out protocols for media activity in the event of potential issues. Initial PR activity was focussed on moving the dial on media relationships in the South West – starting with identifying friendly journalists across the SW region, building relationships with journalists across the SW region and proactively seeding CAA case studies. A second phase of bigger bang campaign activity was put on hold due to Covid.
