Working with Gunner and Go. to generate reach and recognition

The Challenge

Gunner & Co approached us looking to grow their brand profile within the IFA space. As experts in facilitating the sale of IFA businesses, the ultimate goal was to become the ‘go to’ industry commentator for M&A industry news and insight.

The Plan

To deliver this, a fully functioning press office was established – pitching both reactive and proactive comments to the media, developing relationships with key media titles and journalists, as well as drafting thought-leadership articles for industry press. The objective was to build a steady stream of top tier industry coverage ultimately establishing Gunner & Co. as thought-leaders in their industry.

A ‘Q&A’ social campaign was also run on their social channels to further establish Gunner & Co as an expert commentator in the IFA space, and the view to grow their social presence on LinkedIn. 

The Results 

Over the first six months of working with Gunner & Co. we saw:

  • Reach – Coverage was secured in 8 target titles within the first four months, achieving an industry reach of 531k 
  • Coverage – Specific and repeat coverage secured in target flagship industry media titles
  • Social growthRecord social impressions through curated social activity
